01 // WHAT I BUILD
Products & Systems
I build the thing you need, whatever shape it takes — sites, apps, bots, automations, or the report nobody wants to build by hand. Each one below, priced honestly.
Pricing here is a real starting point, not a floor to haggle from. Every project's scope is different — these numbers reflect what similar work has actually taken to build well. Want an exact number for your specific project? Tell me what you need and I'll give you a real estimate, fast.

Websites & Portfolios
Custom marketing sites, personal brand pages, and portfolios — fast, on-brand, built to convert. (This site is one of them.)
1–5 pages, no CMS. A 10-page custom build with a CMS runs $2,500+.

Web Applications
Full-stack web apps and internal tools: dashboards, booking systems, admin panels, client portals — whatever your business runs on.
Single-feature MVP. Multi-user, multi-feature apps scale up from there.

Mobile & Desktop Apps
Cross-platform apps for iOS, Android, and desktop, from first prototype to something real users depend on.
Single-platform MVP with core flows only.

Chatbots & Dispatcher Bots
Customer-facing chatbots and internal dispatch/routing bots that understand context — not canned keyword replies.
One channel, one core workflow (e.g. FAQ or ticket routing).

Email & Workflow Automation
Inbox-to-action pipelines: auto-drafted replies, approval workflows, alerts. Built and running in production, not a slide deck.
One inbox, one workflow. More triggers/integrations add up from there.

Custom Visual & Product Imagery
On-brand visual content and product imagery produced at scale for marketing, social, and product needs.
Small batch (10–20 assets), one brand style.

IT Helpdesk Systems
Ticketing, routing, and internal support tooling that cuts response time and takes manual triage off your plate.
Single-team ticketing with basic routing rules.

New-Hire Onboarding Apps
Interactive training and tutoring platforms that get new hires productive faster, with less hand-holding.
One role's onboarding path, self-serve content.

Documentation & Knowledge Bases
SOPs, technical docs, and searchable internal wikis — structured and maintained, not dumped in a shared folder.
Structuring + writing an existing knowledge dump. Ground-up research costs more.

Excel & PowerPoint Automation
Auto-generated reports, live dashboards, and presentation decks pulled straight from your data — no manual copy-paste.
One recurring report or deck, one data source.

Data Dashboards & Reporting
Live, web-based dashboards that turn raw data into something a non-technical stakeholder can actually read.
One data source, a handful of key metrics.

API & Tool Integrations
Getting the tools you already use to actually talk to each other — CRM, payments, calendars, whatever's disconnected today.
Two systems, one direction of data flow.

Custom Process Automation
Whatever manual, repetitive task is eating your team's time — I'll find the automation and build it.
One well-defined manual process.

Rapid Prototypes & MVPs
Turn an idea into something real and clickable, fast enough to pitch, test, or show a co-founder before you've spent months on it.
Core flow only, working demo — not production-hardened yet.

E-Commerce Stores
Product catalog, cart, checkout, and payments — a store that's actually ready to take orders, not just look like one.
Standard catalog + one payment processor.

Security Audits & Hardening
A real review of your app or site for exposed data, weak auth, and the kind of silent failure points that only show up after something's already wrong.
Single app/site review with a fix list. Implementing fixes is separate.

Legacy System Modernization
Rebuild an aging site or app on a modern, maintainable stack — same functionality, without the duct tape.
Rebuild of an existing single-purpose site/app.

Data Migration & Cleanup
Move and clean up data between systems — spreadsheets, CRMs, databases — without losing or duplicating anything along the way.
One source, one destination, reasonable data quality going in.

Internal Team Bots
A bot that lives inside the tools your team already uses — standups, approvals, quick lookups — so people stop context-switching.
One platform (Slack/Teams/Discord), one core workflow.

Logo & Brand Identity Design
Custom logo, color palette, and typography, plus a simple one-page brand sheet so everything a client puts out looks like it's from the same company.
One logo concept, two revision rounds, plus the brand sheet. Multiple concepts or a full style guide runs higher.

Business Cards & Print Design
Business cards, flyers, and other print collateral designed and delivered print ready, matching the brand.
One design, print-ready files. Actual printing and shipping quoted separately depending on quantity and vendor.

Website & Marketing Copy
Copy that sounds like the client, not a template: website pages, product descriptions, email sequences, social captions.
Up to 5 pages or pieces, one revision round.

Resume & Career Documents
Resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles built to actually pass screens and read like a real person.
One resume plus one cover letter tailored to a target role, one revision round.
Job & Work Order Tracking Systems
Active jobs, assigned crew, status, and photo documentation in one dashboard instead of texts and paper, the same core process run at scale across 900+ DC government facilities.
Single crew or team, core statuses only. Multi-crew or client-facing portals scale up.

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Tools
Tracks who's certified, insured, available, and how past jobs went, so nothing depends on memory or a scattered spreadsheet.
One contractor list, manual entry, basic filtering and search.

Digital Punch Lists & QA Inspections
Replaces the clipboard: inspection checklists with photo attachments and sign-off, so nothing gets missed before a crew leaves a site.
One checklist template, photo upload, single project view.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on scope, but most of what's listed here runs 1–4 weeks from kickoff to delivery. Rapid prototypes can land in days; larger apps or migrations take longer. I'll give you a real timeline once I know what you need.
How does payment work?
A deposit upfront to start (typically half), the rest on delivery. Larger builds can be split into milestones instead — we'll agree on that before anything starts.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one category?
Most real projects are a mix. Tell me what you're trying to solve, not which category it falls under — I'll figure out the right approach and price it accordingly.
Do you work with clients outside the DC area?
Yes — everything here is built and delivered remotely. Location only matters if you specifically want in-person work.
Have something else in mind?
If it's not on this list, tell me what you need — chances are I can still build it.
